Number of guests:
The guesthouse sleeps 2 adults in the bedroom, plus 2 adults/children on the sofa bed in the living room/open kitchen. In case a baby visits, we have a cot (baby bed) and a high chair.
Cleaning:
Cleaning after your departure costs 40EUR.
For stays of more then 8 days the accommodation will be cleaned once a week, including clean bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen linens which costs 40EUR per cleaning session.
On request an extra cleaning session is possible, also for 40EUR.
Electricity and Airconditioning:
Use of electricity will be charged at departure based on usage on the electricity meter.
Electricity costs 0,40EUR per kWh.
Other:
Internet via WiFi is for free.
Tourist tax (sales tax) of 7% is NOT included in the prices above, and will be charged at your departure.
