Number of guests:
The guesthouse sleeps 2 adults in the bedroom, plus 2 adults/children on the sofa bed in the living room/open kitchen. In case a baby visits, we have a cot (baby bed) and a high chair.
Cleaning:
Endcleaning after your departure costs 40EUR.
For stays of more then 8 nights the accommodation will be cleaned once a week, including clean bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen linens which costs 40EUR per cleaning session.
On request an extra cleaning session is possible, also for 40EUR.
Electricity and Airconditioning:
Use of electricity will be charged at departure based on usage on the electricity meter.
Electricity costs 0,40EUR per kWh.
On average the airconditioning split units use between 8 tot 10 kWh per night.
Other:
Internet via WiFi is for free.
Tourist tax (sales tax) of 7% is NOT included in the prices above, and will be charged at your departure.
At arrival we charge a deposit of 350EUR or 350USD. This deposit can be paid in cash or per bank transfer. A cash deposit will be refunded at check-out and a bank deposit will be refunded by bank minus the involved bank costs at our end.
We can accept cash or payment via a bank transfer or a ‘Tikkie’. We DO NOT offer payment facilities like a payment terminal, ATM or payment via credit card.
